Excel in client side technology, such as JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX, Dojo, Prototype, Scriptaculous, ExtJS, YUI, Silverlight, Google Gears, Adobe AIR, etc.
Able to understand business problems, and be creative with strong problem solving abilities.
Able to quickly pick up new technologies, provide critical analysis and apply to the ongoing projects if needed.
