* Assists in development of rich AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript + XML) Web-based application using JSP, PHP, Struts, XML Web Services, and Dynamic HTML/XHTML (JavaScript and CSS).
* Develops and works with Oracle and MySQL database queries as used by the application.

* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is required.
* Ability to communicate both in verbal and written forms.
* Ability to manage one's time effectively to meet tight and high expectation deadlines.
* Experience with JDBC and JSR-168
* Working knowledge of XML and XSLT a plus. Experience implementing elegant XSL template structures to render complex designs is a plus.
